Are all products that are in-store available online?
Unfortunately, not all of our products that we sell in store will be available online for Pick upor Delivery. If there is a product you have seen in store and have questions you can always contact us here.
How come I can't find an item you used to stock?
We buy a variety of products to keep our range fresh for you and we also buy many “end of line" items that once sold are no longer available in Australia. Our ranges and product lines can change frequently. This means that certain items run out fast and may not be stocked again. Contact us for more information on specific items that are out of stock.
What Do The Following Statements Mean?
You will note within some product descriptions the following note (or version of) appear within the product description:
Colours/Designs will be sent at random due to our stock limit
This means the product being offered comes in different colours or designs within that individual product code and we have no control of the availability of individual colours/designs within that item’s available inventory. We will therefore send at random.
Please Specify In Cart
You will sometimes see the request to “specify in the checkout cart “which colour, design or size you may require. In these instances, we will endeavour to supply as per your request. Should we be unable to do so we will offer a refund.
When you see the following message within an individual product it means that Overstock Plus cannot guarantee what happens with the product one dispatched from our store.
When buying any chocolate product from our website please understand that we cannot guarantee nor take responsibility that our parcels are not subjected to the extreme heat of the weather on route to you.
Signing up/ My Account
Do I need to create an account before purchasing?
Nope! You don't need to have an account to purchase from Overstock Plus online. Just add your purchase to your cart and continue to payment method to checkout as a guest.
How do I sign up or create an online account?
Great, you want to be friends? Creating an account is easy.
Just fill out the contact form and create a password for your account.
Making an account will save you time at the checkout and we also send out exclusive offers to our VIP members!
Click & Collect
How will I know when my order is ready to be picked up?
You will be offered a Click & Collect (store pick up) option at check out.
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready to be picked up
Usually Click & Collect orders will be ready with 4 hours of receipt of your online order for all orders received before 12.30pm. For all orders received after 12.30pm collection will be available from 1pm the following day.
During our peak trading periods these times may vary and we will advise you accordingly
What do I need to take in-store to collect my order?
You will need to bring a valid government issued ID in store to collect your order. This is so we can verify your contact details with the order that was placed.
Staff may also ask you for you order number, you can find your order number in the emails you received from us.
Can someone else pick up my Click & Collect order for me?
When picking up your order we will need verify your contact details/address with the order that was placed.
This means that any family or friends who live at the same residential address as you can pick up your order on your behalf. They will need to bring in their ID that verifies they live at the same address.
If you are an unable to collect your order and need to nominate someone who lives at a different address to pick up your order please call and notify the store in advance.
How do I place an online order for delivery?
Delivery allows you to shop online and have your order delivered straight to your door.
1. Choose your products online
2. Click add to cart for Delivery and confirm
3. When you have finished shopping, proceed to the payment method and confirm your delivery address
4.You'll receive an email notification from us with tracking ID when your order is on the way
5. Your order is delivered to your door
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
Once you have placed your order online and received your confirmation email we start working on your order straight away. This means once your order is confirmed we can't promise we can make any changes to your order as it may already be packed and on its way.
Is delivery available Australia wide?
Yes, delivery is available Australia wide. Shipping rates will be calculated at the checkout when you have entered your delivery address.
How can I track my order?
To track your order, check your order status in My Orders, by logging into your account. Log in to your account here.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking ID number and link. If you haven’t received this email be sure to check your junk/spam folder. If you still are unable to find that email, contact our team here.
Can you leave my order if I am not home?
Your order will be left attended at your address, unless specified otherwise. If the area is not deemed to be safe, the driver can use their discretion to not leave the parcel at the address.
For Australia Post deliveries, the driver will leave a note for you to collect your parcel at your local post office. Parcels are kept at the post office for five days. You will receive another note to remind you to pick it up. It will then be kept at the post office for five more days. If the parcel has not been collected by then, it will be returned to our warehouse.
Note: for residential deliveries being made by Australia Post, they can occur as early as 7am. For business addresses, the delivery will be made during standard business hours, 9am to 5pm AEST.
I have received my parcel and part of my order is damaged what can be done to resolve this issue?
